- THE BRIEF -
Victoria didn't need reinvention - it needed someone who understood what it already was and could elevate it without losing its soul. A high-quality neighborhood cocktail bar with a strong visual identity and a guest experience designed to be felt as much as remembered.
- MY ROLE -
Joined as General Manager and built from there. Elevated the F&B program, sharpened the brand, and drove the culture - earning profit share and eventually co-ownership through the results of hard, smart work.
- THE EXECUTION -
Kept the concept rooted in what made it work, while quietly transforming everything around it. Redesigned the menu and brand assets, built a culture that people wanted to be part of, executed brand partnerships and activations including a multi-brand Campari production during Portland Cocktail Week, and grew the reputation of the space into something the neighborhood genuinely claimed as its own.
- THE RESULT -
Victoria became the highest revenue and most profitable concept in Lightning Bar Collective's history. Still running today. Proof that creative vision and commercial performance go hand in hand - when you get the culture right, everything else follows.
