I’ve led consulting work across brand identity, operations, and food & beverage programs for large-scale hospitality projects with Lightning Bar Collective, including two major corporate openings.

High Horse - Marriott
For High Horse, I partnered closely with the Marriott team to establish the bar’s name, visual identity, and overall brand direction. Working alongside our creative studio, we developed the logo, brand marks, theme, and supporting deliverables. I then led the food & beverage program, shaping a menu that reflected the energy of Portland’s culinary and cocktail scene at the time.

Juliett - Portland International Airport
Shortly after, I consulted on the opening of Juliett at PDX in partnership with ChefStable. Conceived as one of the first craft-cocktail-driven airport bars in the country, the concept centers on Women in Aviation, with the space featuring portraits of female pilots and pioneers throughout aviation history. My role focused on developing the bar program, operational systems, and supporting media.

Consulting across brand identity and beverage programs sharpened my instinct for storytelling - aligning menus, training, and guest experience into a single, cohesive vision. Project-managing designers, contractors, f&b talent, and creative teams reinforced my ability to bring complete brand systems together with intention and clarity.
