Sticky Boy Cookie Co. was launched in April 2025 as a creative side experiment rooted in my passion for food and brand behavior. What began as a one-person concept quickly scaled into wholesale distribution across seven Portland establishments.
The brand’s core insight was easy: cookies sell better when they’re seen. By positioning “bar-top cookies” directly at ordering stations, Sticky Boy leveraged impulse psychology rather than just menu placement - driving consistent sell-outs without traditional marketing.
Demand quickly exceeded my solo operational capacity, prompting a strategic pause and scope shift. The brand is now positioned for expansion through additional partners to support growth while preserving quality and identity.
